Distance Learning/Open Learning students

LTC conducts examinations in Sydney for students who are studying via Distance Learning/Open Learning courses. Curtin University, Griffith University, University of South Australia, RMIT and Macquarie University offer courses through Open Universities Australia and require students to find an exam supervisor, referred to as an invigilator. These universities provide the following forms to students:

• Curtin University – Application form for supervised end of study period examination
• Griffith – Examination Invigilation form (OLA)
• University of South Australia – End of Study Period Exam, Supervision arrangements
• Macquarie University – examination invigilation form

You need to complete this form with your name, exam code, date and time of exam, your address and contact number(s). Fax this form to us on 02 9692 9685 and we will complete it for you as the nominated supervisor/invigilator. We then send this form on to the appropriate university and they despatch the examination directly to us. Once the arrangements with the university have been confirmed, LTC will write to you and provide examination venue details, examination start time, a venue location map and a tax invoice.
