LTC is a company which specializes in the area of educational testing, examination services and English language proficiency tests. The company is based in Sydney, Australia.

   

LTC was established in May, 1988 and has provided examination and testing services for educational institutions and professional bodies in Australia, United Kingdom and the United States of America. In addition to providing services to university and business clients, LTC also conducts examinations for students who are studying via Distance Learning/Open Learning courses. We have examination centres in Sydney, Parramatta, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Newcastle, Gosford, London, Rome, Paris and Dublin and can establish examinations centres upon demand. In addition, we manage the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) test centres at the University of Technology, Sydney and the University of Sydney, Cumberland Campus and are also involved in test research and development.
